Our office offers the rental of a conference room which is ideal for client meetings, recruitment interviews, tutoring, coaching sessions, video conferences or independent work in silence and concentration.
The conference room has the equipment that allows you to organize a training or a presentation. The room we offer provides users with maximum functionality as well as high working comfort.
We place at your disposal, among others,:
– EPSON EB-FH52 projector with 3LCD technology,
– electrically retractable projection screen SUPREMA Andromeda with a remote control, with a projection surface of 234×132 cm,
– remote controlled, electric blackout blinds.
The conference room can accommodate up to 20 people.
In addition, we allow the use of welfare facilities, providing access to amenities such as an electric ketle, microwave oven, fridge or dishwasher.
The advantage of our offer is the possibility of flexible adaptation of the rental period. It is up to you decide whether it should cover the whole day or just a few hours. Working with us, you won’t be surprised by any additional costs, because the entire package of services is included in one favorable hourly rate.
The conference room is available for rent throughout the week from 7.00 to 22.00.
Rental price:
– 60 PLN net per hour (minimum 5 hours)
– 500 PLN net per day
