As part of the HR and payroll services provided in Germany, we give enterprises the possibility of covering Polish employees with the German social security system and the German tax system. In that regard, on behalf of Polish companies, we fully cooperate with German tax offices (Finanzamt), health insurance funds (Krankenkasse), we prepare letters, applications, submit declarations, conduct discussions.

  • we prepare full documentation in the field of entering into and terminating employment contracts, temporary employment contract with workers of Polish origin who are employed in Germany and seconded to work in Germany,
  • we keep personal documentation, we build internal regulations on the basis of German labour law, we establish, maintain and archive bilingual personal files of employed workers,
  • we design logical document circulation systems and take care of their order and correctness.


  • we verify or prepare records of working time in various working time systems, according to the guidelines of German industry collective agreements, along with checking the correctness of forms, applications and other attachments,
  • we calculate salaries for employees and prepare payrolls and salary slips (Entgeltabrechnung) in accordance with applicable Polish and German law and the provisions of German industry collective agreements, as well as internal regulations,
  • we register employees to the German insurance system, we calculate social and health insurance contributions according to German law, including a specification with the amounts to be paid in foreign currency,
  • we calculate sick pay and benefits based on the received leave forms, we calculate additional benefits and holiday pay,
  • we support reporting and payments of holiday pay to the SOKA-BAU system,
  • we calculate advance payments of German income tax,
  • we prepare, submit and distribute annual tax declarations according to German (Lohnsteuerbescheinigung) and Polish law for employees and contractors.


  • we submit applications to the German Tax Office in order to assign a tax class to a worker employed in Germany or to change it,
  • we register employees in the ZOLL system,
  • we coordinate matters related to the registration of workers in German municipal offices,
  • we prepare various types of supporting statements and reports for management purposes in Polish and/or German,
  • we provide ongoing support in the field of Polish and German law for clients’ employees, we offer explanations,
  • we communicate precisely and clearly to our clients changes in the provisions in the area of HR and payroll in accordance with Polish and German law and inform them about their effects.
